What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-13 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
We offer a deposit alternative. Please call the office for details!
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Chapel Hill provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Our clubhouse is open during office hours.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Rise Chapel Hill's fitness center is open 24/7.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Our pool is open 8AM-8PM.
What are the hours for the business center?
Our business center is open during office hours.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, internet is provided for an additional fee.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Yes, our property offers valet trash.
What is the smoking policy?
We are a smoke-free community.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
